These terms govern your use of the rush4.gg dashboard ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What Rush4 is
rush4.gg is an informational dashboard that aggregates public streaming activity (viewers, categories, rankings) on Twitch and Kick, the public League of Legends ranked ladder, and offers browser mini-games about LoL champions and Arcane characters. It is provided for informational purposes and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Twitch, Kick, Riot Games or any platform or company whose public data it displays.
Data accuracy
Rankings and metrics are computed from data collected on a fixed schedule (currently every 10 minutes) from each platform's own public data. We do our best to keep this accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any number on the Service is complete, error-free, or reflects the exact current state of a platform at the moment you view it. Do not rely on Rush4 as the sole basis for a financial, contractual, or safety-critical decision.
Accounts
You can sign in using a Google, Twitch or Kick account, and optionally link Twitch, Kick or Riot Games accounts to your profile. You are responsible for keeping those accounts secure. We may suspend or terminate an account we believe is being used to abuse the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service outside of any access we explicitly grant you; use the Service to harass, defame, or make decisions that unlawfully discriminate against any streamer or channel; attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service; or misrepresent Rush4 data as your own in a way that implies our endorsement.
Third-party platforms and trademarks
Twitch, Kick, League of Legends, Riot Games, and any other platform or game name, logo, or trademark shown on this Service belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the public data being described. rush4.gg isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
Intellectual property
The Rush4 name, branding, and the specific presentation, aggregation, and computation of the data (our rankings, dashboards, and reports) are our property. The underlying public platform data belongs to the platforms and streamers it describes.
Paid access and licensing
Some data access and reporting features described on this site are offered on a case-by-case, contracted basis rather than as a self-serve product today. Any paid access is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms for that customer.
Disclaimer of warranty
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, rush4.gg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
