The people whose streams make up these numbers deserve to see exactly how they're computed, not just the result. This page explains the real pipeline, in plain language, kept in sync with what's actually running.
Twitch and Kick are fully live in every ranking on this site. League of Legends joined as a third source: its ranked ladder, movers and champion stats are live too, just newer and still marked beta.
Streams, categories and clips: fully live in every ranking on this site.
Livestreams and categories: fully live in every ranking on this site.
Ranked ladder, movers and champion win/pick rates: live, currently in beta. Ranked by League Points on the ladder, not by viewers.
No hidden formula: this is the whole thing.
On Twitch and Kick, channels, categories and teams are ordered by concurrent viewer count captured at collection time. Nothing else factors into the base rank.
A scheduled job collects every platform's data every ten minutes. What you see is the latest completed collection window, not a live query. That's what keeps the site fast even under load.
The dashboard only ever reads the pre-computed result of that 10-minute job. It cannot show you a number the pipeline hasn't already produced.
Twitch and Kick export their data slightly differently: for example, language filtering is applied differently per platform internally. League of Legends goes further: its ladder and champion stats are a batched export like the others, but player and match pages fall back to a live Riot API lookup when something hasn't been ingested yet.
The ladder leaderboard and movers are ordered by League Points on the ranked ladder, currently Challenger only. The champion tier list is separate and ranks champions by win rate or pick rate for the filters you pick, not by LP.
This isn't a claim: it's live. The badges below show the real collection window behind the Twitch and Kick numbers on this page, right now.
League of Legends is in beta: the ranked ladder currently only shows Challenger-tier players, and champion/item names and icons come from Riot's public Data Dragon rather than our own pipeline.
Some enrichment is fetched live instead of from the batch export: a channel's live/offline status on Twitch and Kick, and a League of Legends player or match that hasn't been ingested yet. That part is live; the ranking itself isn't.
Twitch and Kick each show a live badge with their real collection window below. League of Legends doesn't have one yet: its ladder refreshes roughly every 10 minutes and champion stats once a day, but we're not surfacing a real-time proof widget for it yet.
This page describes the ranking logic as it exists today. If it changes, this page changes with it, not the other way around.
